There are lots of things I need to have done to this house.  I’ve been here some years and tend to let things go a little when I think it’s a task I’d struggle with.   I need to get a kitchen and home interior designer in to redesign the layout of the kitchen and breakfast room.  It’s quite a nice space, but the developers put the gas hob down the darker narrow end of the kitchen so there’s only really room for one to cook – sometimes families like to cook together – like mums and daughters – it’s a sure fire way of getting the daughter’s interest in the subject!  I also need a new work top and definitely a smarter new sink.  Mine is already a replacement but it has got terribly marked and is showing it’s age.  I also wish I had large pull out drawers instead of lower cabinet cupboards – so much easier to reach those difficult t life pans!
